01 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji1 platform and all services associated with it. By accessing the baji1 website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
baji1 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform that uses SSL encryption technology to keep players' information secure. Every transaction and game is conducted following fair play principles.
1.1 Application of Terms
These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh. It is each user's responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms before playing any game, placing bets, or depositing or withdrawing funds on the baji1 platform.
1.2 Language & Interpretation

02 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the baji1 platform. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed at any time and associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or earned funds will be cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. baji1 reserves the right to cancel accounts registered with false information. Cooperating with the identity verification process is mandatory for every user.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
baji1 may not provide services to users from certain regions or countries. Creating or operating an account from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy is a violation of these Terms.
03 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Account Sharing Prohibited
An account may only be used by the registered individual. Allowing another family member, friend, or any other person to use your account is a violation of these Terms.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the baji1 support team immediately. The user bears responsibility for any transactions that occur due to an authorized person.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
baji1 processes transactions through popular mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. For safe and fast payments, we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may be longer in cases involving identity verification or security review.
4.3 Prohibition on Illegal Funds
baji1 takes a strict stance against money laundering or the use of illegal funds. baji1 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
baji1 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its players. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.
5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- A user may benefit from a specific promotion only once.
- baji1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonuses must only be used in your own account — transferring bonuses is prohibited.
- If a violation of terms is found, the bonus and all winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
baji1's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

06 Betting & Gaming Rules
baji1 offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming options. Each category has its own rules, which you should review before starting a game.
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, baji1 will settle it at its discretion.
6.2 Result Settlement
Official and recognized sources are used to settle game results. In the event of any dispute, baji1's decision shall be final.
6.3 Technical Errors
Any gaming outcome resulting from a software or hardware error will be considered void. baji1 is not liable for any compensation in such circumstances.
6.4 Live Casino Rules
While participating in live dealer games, all dealer instructions and game rules must be followed. baji1 reserves the right to end a session if any user behaves inappropriately.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji1 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

- Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
- Playing games through fraudulent means or cheating
- Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automation
- Personal information fraud or identity theft
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Harassing or threatening other players
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities
- Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
08 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure
11.1 At the User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. The process can be initiated by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.
11.2 At baji1's Initiative
baji1 reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Registration using false information
- Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system
- Failure to meet legal obligations
11.3 Return of Funds
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus funds will be forfeited. However, a decision on returning the user's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be made on a case-by-case review basis.
12 Changes to Terms
baji1 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible in the case of significant changes.
12.1 Effect of Changes
Continuing to use the platform after revised Terms and Conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between baji1 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, baji1's decision will be considered final.
